Yeah, "officially". He did after he missed that birdie putt, and then didn't care to re-mark because he was upset, and just hit it again, which predictably missed.

At the time he had the potential to only be three back.
 
Westwood proves me right again in being a guy I just can't trust on Sunday majors.

me too. i mean, he isn't under par, but it's not like he's blowing up either. i think this is big for him, whether he wins or not. i still think he may have something to say before it's all said and done.
