The tour is hitting Ohio this week and playing at Muirfield Golf Club. Once again, the field is rock solid as it has been since the re-start following the shutdown due to COVID-19.
As always, our live chat/thread will be going all week long and you can be a part of it throughout.
club slamming can easily (and likely) damage the surface where other players are hitting balls.
Even if they were equal (which I don’t think they are), it’s still different.
I was WAITING for that comment to come. And yeah, it’s half irons, half mustache.
I went ahead with the monthly to try it out…was just watching on the roku during lunch and now back to work and have it playing on my second monitor….
Very very tongue in cheek.
3 birdies and an eagle to get it going so far today.
I’m sorry, are you denigrating Tom Selleck?
Quietly following along….He’s talking to himself way too much for a Thursday.
Interesting putt by Phil
Very uninspiring front 9.
Interesting discussion taking place about the 3 guys that tested positive for COVID and if they make the cut.
We’re going the Koepka route..lol
And like that Captain A knocks it to 10 feet for eagle to try and go -5.
agreed – come on hit the iron and play for the chip
Yes, it was. As bad as his second shot was, his putt was that good.
Captain A with a less than stellar effort on that eagle putt. But goes to -4 now.
Why not putt?
I wondered the same thing, but Phil Gonna Phil….
If he finishes under par today. I would call that job well done today. The goal today is to just stay in it and he would be at -1.
I feel like he should be around 4 or 5 under right now.
Honestly the occasional f bomb does not bug me in the slightest. It is the constant posturing, pointing, waiving, talking to yourself in third person, and then club slamming where I say "NOPE". If you swear than move on. I give you a pass.
I agree about the swearing..doesn’t bug me and neither ode the talking or pointing….i can’t stand the club slamming though.
