Could the push cart be changing for the better? The new ForeCaddy from Foresight sports is packed with features and has a charge to last 2 full rounds.
Meet ForeCaddy™, our cutting-edge smart cart, designed from the ground up to give you the luxury and performance you’ve come to expect from Foresight Sports. With 4 modes of operation, ForeCaddy does so much more than tote your golf bag around the course.
From added health benefits to showing off the coolest gear in front of your buddies, ForeCaddy will truly change your game. And with accessories like a ball and scorecard holder, phone charger, and more, ForeCaddy turns your “good walk spoiled” into the ideal golfing experience.
FORECADDY MODES INCLUDE:
- Follow (BETA) – Just clip the remote to your waist, walk, and let ForeCaddy take care of the rest. Note: Follow mode should only be used on the fairway and with at least 7.5 feet of space on each side to ensure safety.
- Remote – Use the remote to precisely navigate ForeCaddy around the course.
- Power Assist – Get a little extra “oomph” when pushing ForeCaddy up steeper slopes.
- Manual – Give ForeCaddy a break and let gravity (with your guidance) handle the work down slopes and gentler terrain.
Foresight is selling these at $500 off for a limited time at launch and the regular price is $2500. You can find more info on their website here.
The price is just a BIT higher than I would pay.

2) Holy hell that price.
Agreed. Its how I justified the Clicgear cart purchase. 8-10 rounds and it paid for itself. This is the same thing but might span multiple years.
Idk about that one but I’ll take it! I budgeted for an MGI that was $1600. The intro price makes this a consideration for me but full price wouldn’t.
Yes…
Then you need this.
2K cost.. Let me discuss that with my wife..
Any info on the remote or the balance of this thing?
The clip on remote is pretty cool. Only info I have is what is linked above.
I’m hoping it is well designed and small enough. Time will tell!
Going off memory, but I believe it is a 1 year warranty and being that they are in San Diego, parts and upgrades should not be an issue. They have a pretty good track record with updates to Foresight items.
Only priced lower than Stewart during launch discount, once that is over they are both the same price. If the follow feature work well then I think most consumers would lean towards Foresight based on the aesthetics of the cart, the extras that come with it, and the fact that the company is based stateside.
Stewart has a better warranty (2 years vs 1 year) Being a US based company definitely gives an advantage to the Foresight. Either way it is a lot of $$’s but I would really like to try one out and test for a while so see how they work.
I have seen a lot of really cool things, but when @ddec and I toured Foresight and saw the things they built in house, it was super impressive.
It was very impressive.
I’m wondering what kind of demand they are seeing for this and if it’s significant what they are doing to keep up with it. It took them a crazy long time to catch up with quad demands.
From what I gather, talking to a competitor today, they think Foresight is selling a lot early.
Anything else to share?
Not really, no.
WIth lockdown, I haven’t been there recently.
Based on what I have been told, “most” is the best I could say. If that makes sense.
that said, if this did actually have some sort of ‘forecaddie’ type offering, that would be a game changer
So that is no for you? Or a maybe if they throw in the bag?
I did a thing. And it follows me around the course like a drunk toddler.
We need some video proof!!!!! Cmon man hook us up here.
I’ll take one this week, no problem. Today was the first rodeo and it was a big adjustment. It was a distraction for the first 9 or so holes today. It’s a whole new routine so I was a bit busy mentally. My golf suffered a bit too because of it.
But once I got into a rhythm with, the follow is great for the most part. Seriously though – drunk toddler.
I bet it was!!! I can see where it might be hard to concentrate on golf and wonder if it is following like it is supped to. Looking forward to the video, thanks..
What bag are you using on it? Would a stand bag work on it or a cart bag be better?
I agree. The new MGI Navigator All Terrain has two independent rotating front wheels. Much better for hills and rough terrain. And with Gyro navigation, remote control, 5th wheel, 36 hole lithium battery, seat with storage, umbrella and accessory holder it cost me $1400 shipped. 2 year warranty.
My normal Vessel stand bag (with the feet closed and locked) is what I used but any bag will work. I have tested a stand and a cart. I’ll try a staff bag too at some point
