What's for Dinner?

Pork ribs braised in red wine and BBQ sauce, rice pilaf and corn. And a cheap Cali Zinfandel.
 
Paleo Stir-Fry tonight.
 
chicken quesadilla here tonight.
 
We went out for Mexican then to Baskin-Robbins. Strange combo perhaps, but they are next door to each other.
 
2 cups of steamed broccoli, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup of ground extra lean turkey..... Shoulda went to B-Dubs!

We're having cottage pie tonight.
 
In the crockpot, wife made a mix of: chicken, mushrooms, and onions.

So damn good!
 
Sadly, nothing. Haha my wife is hanging with her girlfriends and I don't want to go near them.
 
Decided while shopping yesterday that I wanted a pot roast today so we cooked up a delicious 2lb roast in a renyolds bag today.

We had an absolute feast at Butter

Appetizers were tuna tartar, gnocchi and veal bacon

For main course we shared 2 entrées, bone-in fillet and duck breast.

Can't remember the last time I had a meal that good

Hahaha we looked at the dessert menu but we were so full we just couldn't choose anything. Especially with an hour train ride in front of us.

Chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I need a snickers STAT.
 
We had the pizza version of the baconator.... Triple bacon pizza
 
Grilled chicken & steam green beans
Pretty good for a quick meal.
