It's got the slide adjusting system in the back.
 
Yeah that looks kinda funky. Very high up front for an unstructured hat. Doesn't look like it would sit down on one's head properly
 
I need to find me a fitted black Cleveland/Srixon hat to replace my faded Titeleist hat.

My issue is that it's just not deep enough. It sits a little too high for me.
