We have just finished a very nice dish of Teriyaki salmon with noodles and salad

Once again, another easy dish to make but I didn't take a picture this time

Stop stuffing my Captain. We need him lean and mean in July! Haha Damm that looks good.
 
General Tso's chicken and fried rice.
 
Making Chili Dogs tonight, out grilling them now and having a beer.
 
Made my Masters Sunday tradition: fried chicken, Mac N Cheese and collards.

Tried the chicken Nashville style this year. Hot sauce and a little bit of honey. They know what they're doing in Nashville. That combo rocks.
 
Burgers and homemade salsa.
 
Garlic anyone? It's elephant garlic, so pretty mild. Good for a nice sauce.

First grilling night of the year in NY for me. Due to some quantity miscalculations, stead AND hot dogs...and potato salad.
 
We ate at Longhorn at The Legends. We both had the lamb chops. It was pretty good, but nothing special enough to go again any time soon.
 
Breakfast for dinner. Cheese grits, bacon & toast.

We're having biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. As soon as she gets home from work. Which could be after 9:00.
 
Last minute taxes (yup), so I'm lazy and did cheeseburgers.
 
Not for tonight but I need to go buy a Smithfield spiral cut ham for Easter Sunday. Have to feed 14 people, so got to make sure it's a big one! Cover it with a honey and brown sugar glaze with a touch of red pepper which always seems to be a hit.
 
I am heading up to the golf course for a Pork Tender and fries.
 
Crock pot Pork chops
 
Southwest Chicken Veggie soup. Allergies have me a bit under the weather and soup sounded perfect.
 
Ham and potatoes
 
Salmon and green beans.
