I've come to the conclusion it's just not happening. We're on another par 3 and once again I'm in kick distance but no threat for the HOI hahaha

Ended up standing in the trap with ball about waist high. Choked down on PW to where I was holding it below the grip. Put it about 8 feet left of the hole and drained the putt to save par.

Grinded out a hard fought 39 on the front 9 with a whopping 1 GIR. Continued the trend on 10 with another missed green and near chip in to save par.

My 12 foot birdie putt turned it to be more like 18 get when we got to the green. I left it short for a tap in par, then had a nice up and down par save on 18 for a over 75.
