Why on earth would Cincy not let the clock run down and instead punt with 18 seconds on the play clock and give the Browns more time to score?

Terrible clock management. Its those kind of decisions repeatedly year after year that make me question how guys keep their job. Hell, Lovie has made htem in just about every game he has ever coached and Marvin is not far behind.
