If I had to settle for just one it has to be whiskey. Do like my beer but a fine whisky over ice. Don’t get much better.
 
 
I’ve actually even found a couple brands of aged scotch that I e taken a liking to.
 
Now this is actually a tough one for me. I am leaning towards beer just because of how much I drink it and all of the varieties, but I would definitely miss wine and whiskey.
 
I base this decision solely on my drink of choice after doing yardwork.

Red Wine and Beer in a Battle Royal. Beer mostly but love some Red Wine.
 
Pinot Noir for me - and more specifically from Oregon if possible.
 
I'm going with whiskey. neat, cocktails, a lot of options. The only type I would miss would be beer.
 
Single barrel bourbon
 
Run without question. Live like Jack Sparrow.
 
Been drinking Single Malt most of my life, the only complaints I've had is from my wife.

American - Bourbon, rye, Tennessee
Canadian
Irish - to clean brass mainly
Japanese
Scotch

These are all whisk(e)y plus others so there is plenty of variety to choose from. Beer and wine have more varieties but I would say whisk(e)y packs the better punch and taste....for me.
 
Beer in moderation is good for the gut and heart.
 
Great question, I do like to change it up and I will drink all kinds of alcohol. I went with beer because it's very versatile. If I can only drink that you can drink it in pretty much any situation with different variations and flavors.
