It’s insane to me after watching McIlroy that he is in the final group. He hasn’t really been playing spectacular, yet he is only a few back and in the last group on Sunday. Goes to show what could happen if he really got his putting in order. The amount of tee shots yesterday while following him that you couldn’t go out and place the ball in a better spot was crazy.

Rory with driver, 7 iron to 16. 420 yard tee shot and 226 in, I think I heard.

Makes me feel better about my game when he does it too.

I usually don’t laugh at the screamers after impact, but the guy yelling damn at Rory’s tee shot on 17 made me laugh. It didn’t seem so much dbag, more like a guy who had never seen that HP in person.
