Oh man. Team is complete. We're that much closer to this actually happening. I'm still waiting to get pinched and woken up from this dream.

I just played, what probably is, my last round of the year. Hard to believe that my next outing will probably brew a match against the zoo crew.

Getting a spot is as easy as winning a contest on THP and they will be coming throughout the entire year. As you can see from previous teams, tenure and/or activity have nothing to do with being selected. All it takes is a chance at a contest and your 2019 THP Albatross Club Membership, and for more information on that, click here.

Al is a member of the Hideaway Golf Club, who welcomed the participants into his beautiful home and discussed what it was all about over drinks and delicious food.

This year we have the non-playing assistant captain again, that will come from one participant of the past Grandaddy events.

Team is complete and it was nice getting to know @j_sizzle9 last night. Great addition to the team and can't wait to meet up with everyone in person. LFG!!!!!

Thanks man! We are pumped too. I’m still trying to play catch up while meeting this 10/15 tax deadline.

I was up half the night last night still excited from getting my ticket punched. I started going through the 2018 love update thread again to remind myself what is in store for us.

I also re-watched a bunch of your team interviews so I could see and get to know my teammates better!
 
I think it's fair to say that we are all absolutely stoked. Loving the team makeup. Now that it's complete we're eager to move into the semantics of assembling this motley bunch of internet golfers in paradise. Community support has been phenomenal.

Being my first THP event, I have an extra level of nerves. I want to thank all of the past participants for sharing their insights and experiences. Having you guys to lean on and help keep our minds right so we're prepared as best we can for this experience is crucial.

we have a team. a complete team. and now we continue to count the days. some of our team is already facing weather that is shutting down their season. others of us are in the throes of difficult work and life balance. but every one of us is salivating at the thought of this event's arrival. there is gear. there is golf. there is swag. there is food. there are drinks, and laughs, and probably some tears. but most importantly, there are people. the BEST people, on both teams. and there will be memories, so many memories.
