Dunce Cap For A Bit
Yesterday, in honor of memorial day I did the Murph work out. I am feeling it today...
Run 1 mile.
100 pull us
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile.
There was a time a million years ago when that would have been no problem for me.
Now I look at and think 200 yards in I would either stroke out or have a heart attack.
