Looking ahead...
  • My USGA cap is currently at 15.9. I'd like to get to (and stay) in single digits - so, get <10 and finish 2021 there. My all-time low is a 6.3, so I know I can get there.
  • Take my 9-hole league cap from 7 down to 3.
  • Finish in the top 3 in our club championship.
I firmly believe all 3 are achievable if I put in the effort.

Let's hear those goals THP...

To reduce the number of three putts & proximity to the pin on shots into the green.
I’d like to get me handicap down around 6.5.

Goal #1:
Bring my 14.1 cap down to 10 by mid summer. Short game improvements and better course management.
Goal #2:
Get fitted for New Srixon irons. Want a combo set of 4,5,6 ZX5 and 7,8,9, PW ZX7.
Goal #3:
Keep my weight down by carrying my bag, working out every other day, and eating healthy.
Goal #4:
Win my Buddie Trip in Hilton Head in April.
Give shitbum trophy to someone else..

I’m a 13.5. I would love to get to any single digit cap.

For 2021 my goal is to actually take stats in fairways, greens and putts.

Always the same for me. Just get more consistent. I hate shooting great scores one day and horrible the next. I just want to find some consistency with my game.

Would love to get my handicap from 29 to below 20. 9 points seems like a lot, but might as well think big.

1 Have Fun!
2 Play more golf
3 Qualify for the State Am or State Open

I haven’t tried in a 7 years to qualify for a state event. This is the year.

My goals for 2021:

1. Keep having fun while playing.
2. Lower my cap from 25.3 to 18.

Becoming a bogey golfer is my firmly in my crosshairs.

Improve my tee game. It’s been pretty bad over the past couple of years. Keep my short game practice seen much improvement but grind a little more

1. Primary goal is have fun.
2. HC is 21.2. I want to get it down to 15.
3. Break 90.
4. Break 85.
5. Play 40 rounds.

Keep Improving My Swing (Specifically the lower body now)
Shoot A Round in the 60s
Play in a THP Experience, Its been way too long
Play Some Great New Courses
Improve Bunker Play a bit more

1. Have fun and play more
2. Improve my driving, approaches and clean up my game around/on the green
3. Play smarter (I say this every year)
4. Get and keep my cap below 10.

If I do 2 and 3 decently, I'll drop 3 to 5 shots a round.

I was all in until I saw @Snowman's wedge!
you hit the fairways. so you do not have to worry.

Me on the other hand....I'm most comfortable when Im in the "ish". The fairway is new experience for me.:ROFLMAO:

I would absolutely love to get out there to play with you characters. Definitely a goal of mine in the future.

we are lining up a weekend in Sedona for August....

Mainly to get more serious about my game. I’ve always been a fairly casual player, and haven’t put a lot of work into development. Never had a lesson, and probably won’t until the pandemic is under control, but finally taking some is on my list for 2021 if it becomes feasible.

My other goal is to build a garage sim studio. Ordered the net already, and I’ll get a Skytrak sometime next year to use with iOS. Eventually, I’ll get a gaming PC, projector, screen, and TGC19, though that may not happen until 2022.

Same as last year but I’m going to add a handicap component

shoot a round in the 70s. (1 in 2020)
Have a 9 at par or better (0 in 2020)

new is handicap below 11 (currently 16ish)

Commit to actually practicing this year.

Hc down from 20 to 15.

Get gir up to 30% or higher. Currently at 21%
