You really should get fit for a purchase like this to fine tune and optimize your enjoyment.
Make sure its forged, not cast.
Also, a helicopter pad on a submarine seems like a bad idea..
If you strap the chopper to the pad before going subsurface, it should still be there when you come back up, what’s the problem?
Everybody knows carbon fiber is the way to go.
