Short time lurker first time poster. I'm really enjoying the positive tone and friendly feel of this site. Seems like a great group of people. My home course is Mill Creek in Salado TX. I've been playing for a little over 20 years but not until recently did I get serious about playing more often and trying to improve. Mill Creek is empty most evenings so my kids and I head over two or three times per week and play until dark. They are young so we play a few holes and then hang out on an empty green and have putting and chipping contest. I'm really enjoying introducing them to the game and seeing them fall in love with it. I'll usually fit in a full 18 on the weekends and average around 90 on the scorecard. If you're looking to fill up a tee time on the weekends in the central Texas area let me know. It would be great to play some different courses.
