I have been searching and searching for a thread that the Morgan Cup Staffers post what equipment they will be playing in the Morgan Cup this year. I have found one thread that is called "WITB - Morgan Cup Edition" but it is for last year. Does a thread exist for the staffers for this year?

Each of the Staffers are posting in their OEMs thread as to what gear they are playing.
 
Also in the Morgan Cup Video thread (unboxing videos)

War has the threads on each company entering the MC. You can also check out each of those company's equipment and see tons of feedback from MCers as they get each piece.

During Media Day this year, there will most likely be WITB videos for each participant.

Like JB said, a lot of the staffers are talking about the individual equipment in their own threads. For example, a lot of the Cleveland Morgan Cup Staffers are posting their thoughts in the Cleveland Classic Driver thread, as many of them have selected to use that this July.
