So I have a position open in my warehouse and corporate threw up an ad on indeed and the apps have been pouring in. I recognized a few names and jumped on facebook to put faces to the names and man......some just DQed themselves from interviews due to some of the stuff I was seeing (Drugs the main culprit). We do a hair test prior to employment and I knew some of these folks were not going to be worth the time....no matter how good of a worker they were.
My question is....am I right in thinking that and how much credence should social media have towards potential employees?
