What’s your absolute favorite finish on a putter?

Can be simply what you prefer or even just the coolest you’ve ever seen.

Damascus is really pretty… but I also quite like chrome.

I also like copper and brass.

And now that I’ve had a black putter for awhile, it’s growing on me.

Matte black. Great for me greatest contrast ( we get glaring sun ) against ball and grass that’s in pragmatic sense .

ln terms aesthetic finish , being a tradie l have no preference to any of a highly finished polished , machined to tolerance putter head . Glorious to look at but also present issues to use …

I am a big fan of the finish on my pre-2022 Toulon Chicago. I haven’t seen in person yet a 2022 Toulon but it also looks good and sounds special as well.

SC's Tyrian Pearl finish has been one of my favorites - they claim it's "hand applied" but that's bull ****, as it's quite obvious to anyone with any bit of finishing knowledge that it's a coating - still pretty.

I love a torched finish. The way that no two torch jobs ends up the same is pretty cool and I think it's a unique look. I had a torched Newport that I absolutely regret getting rid of.

The aged patina on a 40 year old bronze ping.
The blue on a Mizuno M-Craft. (Which I was ambivalent about at first, but now I really like it)

I prefer the matte or satin black. Similar to say the cobra vintage or new 2023 Ping line.
