14 for me. Every club has a headcover. Clubs are way to expensive to let them get all marked up by banging against each other. I want them to still look decent when I decide to sell them after buying the next greatest clubs.

It used to be 0. I always felt covers did nothing but get in my way during a round. I typically do more damage to my clubs from mis-hits than a little clinking in the bag.

I do have a cover on my new/used putter now though, and will probably try them on my new woods and hybrid when I buy them in the next few months. I want to see if finally having a nice bag, and my own push cart, makes me feel less annoyed by them.
