If you could own a car that came out on the market the year you were born, what car would it be?

Mine would be a 1949 Bristol 400 Coupe. Only 487 of them were manufactured.

1985 wasn't a great year for cars.... I could have gone with the Mercury Sable or Nissan Pathfinder but I would probably enjoy this thing a little more...

1988 Lotus esprit twin turbo if I had to pick something...but man, the late 80’s were a terrible time for cars. Terrible body styles on just about everything.

I was just thinking us "young guys" kind of get screwed in this. Being born in 1982 not a lot to choose from either. I think that was the first year of the 3rd Gen body style of the Camaro and Firebirds. I guess I'd have to go with a Vette or maybe a Camaro.

One of the few negatives about being born in the 80s.

But I'd go with an 87 911 Turbo.

I considered that as well.

I've driven one. Horrible to get in and out of, and had to take my shoes off because the pedals are so ridiculously close together....but holy crap is it fast.

1980 was a bad year for cars apparently! Can't go wrong with a Ferrari though, right?

America's supercar!!

For me it’s a 1968 Pontiac Firebird. I had one from 2002 - 2005, Black Convertible. Sold it and bought my first Porsche, soon to be 3 Porsche’s ago.

Mid 70's El Camino's had a face only a mother could love.

I had a sweet 78 and regret getting rid of it. I'll have another one day.

I've got a few to choose from... 1979:
