My episode on Good Eats from 2002 on home brewing (Amber Waves episode) is on the cooking channel tonight at 9 pm.
 
Is it on the food channel? Because all that is showing at 9 on there is Diners Drive ins and Dives.
 
It is on the Cooking Channel.

The hop plant that Alton climbs was actually in our backyard. Alton was so nice and fun....he really is a science geek at heart, which is probably why I liked him.
 
Gotcha. It doesn't have an HD channel on FIOS but I found it. Will be checking it out for sure.
 
Are you shown in the episode? I watch this all the time...

I am in the first half of the episode. I used to run a home brewing store, and the episode was filmed at that store.
 
Of course, I have been told that you can You Tube it as well....
 
Just set my DVR so I can watch when I get back home from San Diego
