Non-Golf Bucket List?

I want to take an Alaskan cruise!!
 
I'd like to surf in Hawaii again, the one time I got to surf there the surf was less than ideal, so to be able to paddle out and get a few nice waves on a good day is still on the list.

Paddling a kayak down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon used to be really high on the list, but I rarely paddle whitewater any more, so I don't see me ever getting good enough to accomplish that one.

My dirt bike bucket list has been checked by being able to race in a few National Enduros.

I'm not too interested in professional sports anymore, so I'm happy I was able to take my daughter to a SF Giants World Series game the last time they made it.
 
Own a small grocery store or hotel . And working on it as we speak
 
Own a 67 GT500
 
I want to see Rome. Desperately.
 
My list is pretty short. I’d like to visit Alaska
 
Apart from travel I'd like to live in Manhattan for a year.
