Ping G430 Driver

Seems every driver just needs to be all black eh?😝. Accent color isnt going to make or break any driver for me…. Now put a red face on it…. and im done.

I think the yellow/lime is a for sure bet. Some headcovers (g430) already sold on eBay a couple months ago with that color scheme. And some others posted on the gram had the yellow accents too (headcovers) that is.
 
I don't care for the yellow. Maybe will be look better in person but for now, it's a no.
 
There is such a small amount of yellow on that driver that I have a hard time believing it will be much of an issue in person.
 
New photos hit the conforming list today.
 
I see Ping added a Draw + setting to the SFT
 
The crown of the lst has like a half carbon top, almost two toned in color. The lst fairway looks really good though.
 
It's usually best to skip a generation. Have the 425 and will skip this one. With Ping, any driver improvement seem very incremental unless they change materials like going to let's say ... carbon.

I can't speak to much, but one of the models will have a carbon crown. That model will also be the highest priced out of the group.
 
I hope they found a glue to hold the carbon together with the rest of the club...

I love the flight and forgiveness of my G425 Max, especially on gonky back days.
But I usually find myself bagging the TSI2 or STZ 220 because they sound and feel much better, even at the cost of a couple yards.

Im warming up to them. The accents on the bottom mean zippo to me, address is everything. If i wasnt so happy with my ltdx driver and fairway Id probably consider this and the ts2. I really wish they would make an LST 5 wood, that would prob go in the bag immediately

It's the above that gets me. I can't stand the tread plate turbulators. I'm glad Cobra looks to have gone away from it.
 
I don’t want to ever hear a person who uses this call another driver too busy, ever. 🤣
