Not in Ohio around here yet. We’re in a deep freeze. No signs of the new ping nor Cleveland yet either. I think retail release is 1/25 on this one
The qi10 max is $800 here.

I'm definitely interested how it goes for you. Especially against the old g430 max. I was going for the old max before the 10k came out.
I am extremely interested in it. I have one ordered with a Diamana TB 60X. I'll update once it arrives. I'll also be trying out the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Max -- since I had a bunch of Callaway credit and they take returns for the full value, there's really no reason not to. Winner makes my bag for this year.

I ordered one based off many good reviews. I liked the G430 Max and LST a lot, but both seemed to give up something. This seems to sit right in the middle as far as highest ball speed and lower spin go, but with Max forgiveness. It should be here Friday and I can’t wait!

I had a chance to hit the 10k yesterday. Unfortunately I didn't have my clubs with me so I couldn't hit my 430 Max against it.
But for reference, over this past year (all shots) Shotscope had me at 222 Avg distance (all drives) and a 241 performance avg with my 430 Max.
In the nicer months (Jun-Sept) here I was 227 avg and 245 P Avg.
I was fit last year into the G430 Max with HZRDUS Red Smoke RDX 50R 10.5, neutral loft setting, weight straight back.
So I started with the 10K 10.5 with the same shaft and couldn't get it off the ground. Everything was low left and spin way under 2k.
I asked the guy helping me to try the stock Alta 55 Reg which he swapped in. That helped but the spin and launch were still too low and it was too much work to get a quality shot on Trackman. So I asked to try the 12* head and it came alive for me.
4 of my better shots were and according to the monitor none of these were really centered. I was living all over the face.

I hit the Qi 10 Max 10.5 with Speeder 50Reg and 2 of my best with it went (Think it had a little more oomph with the loft being 10.5 vs the Ping 12*):

91.7 Club--134.6 Ball--Smash 1.47--Launch 14.7*--Spin 2620--Carry 222.7-- Total 247.2
The numbers on the 10.5 Qi Max seem more like my 10.5 G430 Max which usually my spin in a 10.5 head is in that 2200-2600 rpm range. All I can figure is that maybe some of the online and youtuber reports are accurate in that the 10K trends towards the lower side of the spin spectrum hence needing the 12* head.
I liked both drivers I hit today.

Do you plan to move on from the 430 Max to this one?
That's impressive efficiency out of a 12* head. Was the ping straighter than the qi10?

Honestly since I wasn't doing a fitting we didn't set the drivers up for a comparison to give me dispersion circles.. I was just taking some pics of the Trackman screen of some of my better shots. Either I am sure would be completely fine on the course for me. The TM looked flat to my eye setup wise so I would probably put it in the upright setting next time I trial it.

In all seriousness, right now I feel I am pretty maxed out in terms of my swing speed. Even when I got fitted for the G430 Max, the Ping fitter told me he was going to have a hard time beating my G425 Max numbers. I have worked on my swing to where I am usually around that 14-16* launch, 2200-2600 spin, hit up on the ball around 2-5* up, and usually my smash factor is pretty decent.
So do I need to switch to anything new? nope not at all, but like every club ho, fringe internet golfer, I have to entertain the possibility

I got to try a 9* head with a stock alta cb shaft. Got decent launch and ballspeed, spin was less than previous ping drivers. I should have brought my gamer driver because I'm sure the 10k would have offered better smash factors in comparison. How much better I will find out next time.

I have never owned a Ping driver. Come to think of it, I have never hit a Ping driver. Tell me what you guys like about them.

Finding fairways.
Ping has always been known for very easy to play forgiving drivers. Maybe giving up a little yardage other models but the last couple models hang with anything out there in my opinion and still maintain the forgiveness.
I also prefer black matte finished drivers over gloss.

No, but as always with PING when you custom order you can ask for it to be digitally lofted so it doesn’t come in way above stated loft.
I would hope the fitting cart heads are also digitally lofted as well.
