Just went to their website and its been updated in past few days and I must say its quite an improvement.

I just did their interactive flightweb fitting thing, it is a great tool. They reccomended the G20, 45.75 with TFC 169D stiff, G20 5W with TFC 169F stiff, Ping 17 and 20* hybrid TFC 169H stiff, Irons G20 std length, stiff, Ping wedges 54, 60 xstiff, std length and the Anser Milled 4 34.5

I just tried it and really liked it. It brought up what I would consider the correct lie and length. I'm not sure about he FW/hybrid/iron gaping it suggested but I would be open to it. (It suggested 3 hybrids and only 2 wedges). It has me pondering for sure.

That is great to hear. I really have been impressed with PING's customer service over the years. This to me is another step in that positive direction for them.
