The White House has both an outdoor putting green and an indoor golf simulator. The putting green was installed during Eisenhower’s term and relocated during Clinton’s presidency. The simulator room was installed during Obama’s term and upgraded during Trump’s presidency.
Just saw this on Golf Channel as it crawled across the bottom of the screen and it was something I never heard of before. On this day in 1962 Sam Snead won an LPGA Tour event. https://www.golfchannel.com/news/da...-1962#:~:text=7, 1962.,quite a bit since 1962.

Acetone dissolves a lot of things, including ferrules
I used to work as a process engineer in a fiberglass plant. I was showing one of the new guys something and I handed him a foam coffee cup. Told him to get a cup of acetone so we could clean off the tools. Never forget the look on his face when that cup disappeared in his hand.
