When I was doing my Laguna, I was thinking translucent blue too. But the more I thought about it, IMO it is too dark to put on a gunmetal head. It almost comes out looking black. I guess if I were to do it, I would dilute the blue with some acetone and lighten it up a bit. Just my 2 cents.

I'm a big fan of red and the lighter blue color that choppstixxx mentioned sounds pretty sweet. How about gold or silver?

The beauty of the Notchback is the double-bend shaft setup. So awesome at address and easy to line up.

I bought a piretti teramo putter on wednesday. Rolled some putts on my indoor mat since the green at the shop was incredibly small. Had some serious 2nd thoughts so I returned it and pick this up from a different shop today!

Loving my dual balance Newport 2. I have made some real nice putts lately and have had great speed control! Think I'll sell my dual balance Futura X soon, I don't think I'll b needing it!

Solid maiden voyage with the scotty tonight. Puts a very good roll on the ball with a more muted sound at impact. Greens were bumpy so still eager to get it on some solid greens with a little more speed on them.

My gf and I were out at our favorite Italian restaurant in Encinitas on Friday. She wanted to go across the street to a chocolate store to pick up some chocolate to give to my Mom on Easter. As we walked up to the place I noticed a new golf shop with a couple of Scotty Cameron putters in the window. Was thinking that was kinda cool. Then I went around the corner and saw the name, The Scotty Cameron Gallery. I didn't get a chance to go in this weekend but by next weekend I surely will.
