Notchback ponder is over. Can't remember the last time I was this excited about a putter. They knocked it out the park with a better stock grip and a better looking head cover. This will go head to head with my Newport 2 to become my daily gamer.

The 2016 Notchback almost seems like it's larger than the previous version. It sure sets up nicely behind the ball.

I know it's purely a cosmetic thing, but man I wish they went for a different tone with the insert for the standard Newport in 2016.

Also, I wish they went for similar milling to the old selects. Even if it was a touch deeper, I think it looks so much better.

If they want with a different tone for the insert I would probably own one already. I like the look but don't love it think they had great possibilities but dropped the ball a bit. #wewantblack

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if 2017 release is a black finish. Pretty typical for him.

For sure, I can't get enough of my SS Laguna 1.5
The big letters on the toe and heel are such a cool/unique thing.

The Studio Style will be something I'll most likely keep to not game (as crazy as that sounds). I just love the look of it TBH.

Got my X5R in today before I left for work. Not sure it will beat out the MXM 7 because I love the weight and sight lines , but it's a good looking putter. The seller, who's also a member here, was nice enough to throw in a THP mallet cover to go on it.

If anyone has an extra large matador grip in any color you aren't using I would be interested. Used is fine as long as it's not beat up.
