My wife is 59 and one of the least athletic persons you could ever meet. I'm pretty sure she could run a 100 faster than 22 seconds!If it was 22 seconds that is really , really slow no matter for what purpose she was in there for....lol.
Even people who are 40-50 yrs old on this forum probably have 10 female friends who could do it faster than that.
