Would love to get back to Great River, just not sure how much time I'll be in CT this year. My son is at F40 the car place which films Chasing Classic Cars, he's sales mgr. Also have two good buds at Yale and that would be first priority if I drop into your area. Last time I was at Great River....Can't make this stuff up....17th hole then, I believe they have reversed the nines. 17 par 3 I hit an absolute lazer at pin..Hit green and rolled and bounced as it hit cup and was 4 feet behind hole...my bud steps up and hits a 3 wood...and it hits short jumps up and runs and goes in....3 of us and we scored 1/2/3.....Anytime you wanna play, I’d be down for great river, just let me know! Such a beautiful track. SHU has done a fantastic job. In perfect shape all year. It ain’t cheap though, $150+
