Dropped 1.2 so far after yesterday’s 3 over round.

Making the right progress after this weekend! Had a score sneak into the 80s yesterday in tough playing conditions (rain, wet, heavy air, carts on path). But I'm down to a 5 now and one of my big goals was to have my scoring average under 80 for my last 20. Currently, it's at a 79, so things are moving in the right direction! Hope everyone else is doing well and hitting it straight.

Just sub-18 is my goal here but I’ll try my best!

Should we do it again? I honestly don’t think I can get my index any lower, but I am willing to try. The same rules will apply as last year. You must post proof of your current index. Next October, we will see who has lowered his/her index the most, as a percentage reduction. I will pay the 2022 Albatross membership for the three who have the highest percentage reduction, who also beat me. Good luck everybody who wants to participate.
I should have joined this contest. But to be frank, in October my index was going the wrong direction. ~25.3 ballooned up to 26.4 in March. Then I found Zen.....today 19.9.
Lot of season left before Oct. hopefully I keep improving and playing better golf.

My good stretch of golf has continued, lowering my handicap to an all-time low of 10.3. But how long will it last?!

Here we go 7.1 now after my low round for the year yesterday 72, down 1.8 now.

I’m headed in the wrong direction but the season still has time. My handicap is up this year so far.

down from a 9.1 to a 7.4 from 12/1 to last week.5-15-ghin.png12-1-ghin.png

Down to 6.8 not sure how as I played like crap yesterday including OB on opening tee shot (brutal way to start a round) and then a grounder off the tee on 10.

No real concern that I complete my expected decrease this year. The upside? Next year should be a lot easier to drop…

Down to a 4.6 now, but I do have scores dropping off of the handicap the next 3 rounds.

After an amazing weekend playing at Geneva National, I managed to break 90 and get my handicap down to 18.3 (started at 22.0). Gotta keep rolling like this all summer!

I have been going the wrong direction. I am at 3.9 up from a low of the year of 2.8. Of course I did knock a 69 out of my handicap which definitely had an impact in the wrong direction.

I decided to get myself a handicap as I want to play in some club tournaments.

I’ll jump in! Got a big event at the end of the year and have to hold myself accountable to try to improve!

Haven’t updated since the beginning of the season. Finally below a 5! But some scores are going to be pushed out here soon. I gotta keep my scores
going or this is going to go up a bit shortly

Slowly getting there in my quest to establish a handicap index. Unfortunately, the weather has been so poor here that I'm fortunate if I can get to play.

I reached an all-time low of 8.7 after yesterday’s rounds! Down from 13.2 at the start of the year. My index is primarily carried by three really low differentials.
