I would be interested in tasting this. I notice that it exploded into foam at the touch of glass in the pic. This was also my introduction to an English Pale Ale that I sold back in the day. It was delicious, but you had to wait a while to drink it!

Had one of these the other day, super smooth.

Wildflowers aren’t the only thing blooming in Arizona. Our friendship with the Wren House Brewing Company crew (not to mention our frequent trips east on the 8 to stock up on their beers) meant it was about damn time to collaborate! Desert Bloom IPA is brewed with Citra, Cashmere, and Cascade hops. Just like its namesake, this beer is blossoming with a vibrant bouquet of orange & lemon aromas, soft pine notes, and hints of ripe melon & peaches. Expect a slightly cloudy veil from the AZ-grown White Sonora Wheat, along with a finish as crisp and dry as the desert air.

This is the current drink of choice. But man my favorite pumpkin beer is nowhere to be found this year. The only place that had it last year said they aren’t getting it this year since they had too much left over.

Only one? Kind of reminds me of my very first ever craft brew tasting, when I sampled "Cave Creek Chili Beer" out of Arizona, I think it was. Totally hideous! I Googled them and found out that they are still in business. I guess that they found a way to modify their recipe!

Congratulations Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas!!!

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!!

Yeungling to Oklahoma! Finally!!!

Adjourned to the on course restaurant after our round yesterday. Spotted something from Birdfish Brewing (local) called Too Hip To Sip. The waitress came over to our drink orders, and I asked her what it was. She couldn't answer a single question I had, so I asked if I could have a sample. She brought it and it turned out to be a hazy IPA. And it was delicious. I tried to make the pint last for the entire meal since one of our party was picking up the tab, and I didn't want to be seen as taking advantage. So I went to the bar, got another one and paid cash for it.

I've been resisiting trying the pumpkin flavored beers, and I'm not entirely sure why. I think it might be something about the explosion of pumpkin flavored everything that happens once October rolls around. They had three of them at the restaurant, but I stuck with the hazy.

Finishing off last year’s Pumpkinators since I was able to snag some of this year’s.

Pretty good Oklahoma sour for a halfway decent first half for Oklahoma
