Dunce Cap For A Bit
Doing my first ever pumpkin beef stew.
I think I bought too big of a pumpkin, lol. 2.5# sirloin cubed into 1” chunks, 4 cups of broth, a large vidalia, some flour, 4 healthy taters chunked into 1” chunks, seasonings, and a pound of baby carrots. Oh well better too big than not big enough.
Simple but should be effective for the hunger. In another 2 fracking hours, lol. I’m hungry now. Should be done about 8 EST. It ain’t much to look at, but it’s got a lot of good reviews. Not that I really followed the recipe, lol. I just needed to know how long and what temp to cook the stew and pumpkin in the oven. If this doesn’t suck, I’ll post done pictures later.
