Hot n spicy chicken n veggies
 
Grilling up some chicken and turkey breasts over charcoal tonight... nice lazy Saturday evening.
 
Fajitas (take-out) as part of my daughter's b-day celebration
 
Daughter's 5th birthday today, and she has asked for 'breakfast for dinner'. So we've just cooked a pizza at 6am. Dinner tonight will be cereal. :unsure:
 
Dinner with my parents tonight, and my mother likes "new recipes".

Harvest Pork Casserole.
Pork tenderloin.
Noodles.
Mushrooms, carrots, onions.
Apple.
Cinnamon.
All baked together.

A play on pork and apples. It was edible. Not something we would make. I am however taking it for lunch tomorrow, well because I need something for lunch lol.
 
We had a leftover night. So one kid had pasta, one had pizza, the 3rd had sausage and potatoes. I got chicken and veggies.

We did chicken enchiladas tonight.
 
Ate on opposite ends of the deck from my MIL for an early Mother’s Day present. Rice bowl from a local restaurant.

Pasta with herbed chicken, broccoli, mushroom, grana padano, and lemon.

Leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Looking forward to it!!!
 
Made some bbq pulled pork sandwiches today
Homemade dry rub and bbq sauce.
Dill pickles
Martins potato rolls
Didn’t have time to make redskin potato salad and store was out... :(

The wife is getting a bit stir crazy and decided to make a 1st ever Beef Wellington, it came out fantastic. And she managed to do while taking care of the Granddaughter who is almost 1 1/2 going on 3 it seems and a wee terror at times.

For anyone in the Philly/South Jersey area you’ll appreciate this, I drove down the shore yesterday and picked up some Mack’s pizza. 240 miles total there and back and worth every minute of driving. It was their first day open of the season and it was delicious.
