@Canadan which one, i have 3 Canadian, about 40 bourbon, 10 scotch and 4-5 Irish.

I’ll probably try 2 or 3 different styles. Otherwise, I’ll have to discuss politics and religion!!

Just had a ginger & bourbon…and turned around and my daughter had her straw in my glass! I yelled Noooo!!!

Yes…. Very good. I can see myself having 1 to 3 more…. Also have some grape transfusions in the fridge as well. 🤷‍♂️

First O- @Canadan in the books. Used honey, no water, a little less cider and Seagrams VO. Second has been poured uses wild Turkey.
 
Wife says bourbon is more gooder. Ha! Both are pleasant i may have heavy poured the bourbon. Thing is she’s not a bourbon fan. Oh the irony.image.jpg

Second is in the books. Next one will use Canadian Club. I think i was not “fair” with the first. Second added a splash of water for the simple syrup (with the honey). So it was slightly less acidic from the lime and less tart. I’ll do same with #3. Also had the bitters. May go nuts and use the orange vice the regular bitters.

people, it’s a very pleasant drink. Will have more around the fire tonight! Unless it gets too cold.
