I've never been able to eat leftovers. Except for maybe lasagna. Everything esles gets tossed, which, I must admit, is a very expensive proposition these days. I just could never tolerate the textures of leftover food.
Just talked to my wife. Refrigerator raid tonight. We have tons of leftovers that need to be dealt with. We intend to reenact Sherman's march to the sea tonight through the entire battlefield of previous dinners. Hopefully, by tomorrow morning I will be fatter but my fridge will be much emptier.
We had homemade chili cheese dogs & fries with chili dumped on top.

Glad to hear that. I had a stent a few years back and have to watch my cholestrerol, etc. I hope you know I was just kidding. My wife and I have developed a pretty weird sense of humor about health issues since we have to live with them daily.
I know you were kidding & yep my humor about the health issue stuff freaks my wife out.
