Wait, are pleats not in anymore?
Because we old peopleLol why is color associated with being old ? Especially yellow?
Maybe not right now, but pleats are like the Hook in that they always come back around.Wait, are pleats not in anymore?
I meant the part about having a hard time seeing the yellow ball in the grass.I don’t think you are in the minority of thinking white looks better at all.
Whew, glad I am too fat to fit into them anymore.
I was just joking, but I have them ready, buried in the back of the closet.Maybe not right now, but pleats are like the Hook in that they always come back around.
Or something like that. I don’t do pleats so I don’t know.
Careful… this kind of post could end up in another thread.I am totally fine with colored golf balls.. but I refuse to play a matte ball.
I thought about that. There is just no better way to say it around children…Careful… this kind of post could end up in another thread.
Like no gambling at Bushwood...Because golf is a game of staunch tradition.
And because players don't like fun things.

Solid move. Just don’t be surprised if he starts getting some extra attention around the course.I bought yellow balls for my dad so he could tell his from mine.

Challenge accepted. See post #139.I challenge anybody to state it better than this.
Maybe manufacturers only want to make white. My best guess is tradition. Maybe the old "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" scenario.
Maybe no ball manufacturer has offered any pros extra money to play yellow?
Although a matte ball works in super dry conditions.I am totally fine with colored golf balls.. but I refuse to play a matte ball.
You definitely put some effort into it.Challenge accepted. See post #139.
Me, getting rid of my matte golf balls before I play golf with @Templet0nI am totally fine with colored golf balls.. but I refuse to play a matte ball.
You can use them.. that doesn’t bother me at all!!
Link to quote Finley's response, as relayed by you:At the GOAT Cup- Finley commented on the piece about the urban legend of the yellow ball not performing as well and it’s totally not true.
Ha ha. I don’t actually remember ever playing one, but let’s not let that get in the way of a good GIF.You can use them.. that doesn’t bother me at all!!
