Having a debate with a friend of mine on this food item. Are you Yay or Nay?
Yay or Nay on Egg Salad?
I'm in, yes.
I haven't had it in years. I'm not sure it would be a yay anymore.
Yay. I'm in when done right. But I've had certain egg salads that are flat out nasty. It's one of those things that has no middle ground. If done right it's good. When done wrong, it's really bad.

Absolutely a Yay.... with plenty of black pepper

yay, but not much enthusiasm behind it.
Actually made some Monday for sandwiches. I make them on lightly toasted bread. The Bestest half like swiss with hers and i take colby
