You have to hit a fairway! What shot shape are you trying to hit?

Hit it straight,
Not have it go right,
Not have it go left.

Typically straight now a days but the slice creeps in once in a while. But straight is what I want.

If I have to hit a fairway I prefer to hit my standard shot which is straight typically. I definitely would not want to try to hit a different shot.

Straight. I’m always TRYING to hit it straight. Lately I’ve been doing a good job, but sometimes it creeps right a bit. Wry rarely does it go left, but when it does it goes WAY left.

In this situation I’d aim for the left 1/3 of the fairway in case it faded a bit. If I hit one of my giant pulls, it wouldn’t matter where I was aimed.

Straight to a slight fade is my normal/average driver shot so aim left center and let it go.
