Probably driving…..if going to a special course I want to play with my clubs, not some “unfit” abused rental set.

Was thinking outside the box

if I have to pick. I’d drive then. Last time I rented clubs I couldn’t get the right loft driver and the set had no hybrids. Hitting a 4i did me no favors.

Quick trip and only playing 18 - flight... multiple rounds i would take a 10 hour drive. Not that bad of a time, might even split it up and find a gem of a course on the way there and another on the way back.

10 hours driving from me gets me to North Carolina or Tennessee and im sure there are some great courses in those states as well along the way.

Driving, every time.

We drove from Southern Illinois to The Grand Canyon once. It was a two-day drive each way, but we loved it. Plus, I absolutely hate the airport hassles of the last 20 years. Flying is just no fun anymore.
