I open the husk and soak them first then I grill them with the husk on and when they come off I rub them down with garlic butter, parmasian and fresh parsley. It's delicious.
Thanks guys. Unfortunately going to have to wait till tomorrow rain came through and postponed my grilling session.Toss it on the grill with the husk on it for 10 min or so, cut off end where it attached to stalk and pull off husk.
I season mine with butter salt and pepper, although creole seasoning is good too
