No question about it....

The Yankees! haha.

There are so many. The Buckeyes. Red Sox or White Sox is fairly ridiculous. Heck half of the MLB is out there.

Here's a couple that are way out there:

FL Fart (women's soccer team in Norway)

Macon Whoopee (defunct minor league hockey team)

Portland Wet Socks (AAA baseball - gotta love how accurate that is!)

Peoria Prancers (another past minor league hockey team - watched them as a youngster a few times, now the Peoria Rivermen)

There was a high school near me in Pekin, IL that were officially known as the Pekin Chinks. The team mascot was a student dressed as a Chinaman wearing a coolie hat, who struck a gong when the team scored. They changed in 1980 to the Dragons to eliminate the controversy.
