Oh man. I'm so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately members of my family has gone through this multiple times. It's absolutely heartbreaking. Will keep you guys in our thoughts.

So sorry to hear this sir. There's nothing any of us can say or do to make you and your wife feel even remotely better after something like this. But I will say that I wish you both the best getting through it and hope that you find some peace in the days to come.

One of my best friends in the world lost her baby about 2 years ago. She was in the kind of pain I could never imagine. Just yesterday she told me she's going to be a mother in May...and while I don't think it cures all of her past feelings, I know she has been able to embrace the new beginning for her and her husband.
