I made General Tso's chicken.I saw a segment on Hoda and Cathy Lee (Scary isn't it) It is normally 1000 calories. This was 250 calories and tasted great.
Tonight pesto pasta and chicken. Lots of wine.

We will have a cheat night this weekend, likely Sunday and pizza.
 
The boss was craving nachos so we took the kids out to a local sports pub for the first time, I had a giant Cubano and man it was delicious. I couldn't even finish it, and that's a rarity for me.

Not a damn thing.

Too busy parading Lotte around all day to all the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and then her mom since she worked today. Got home 45 ago, and got the munchkin to bed. Sat down here, and realized I didn't eat since 11. Ah well, too late now.
 
Cheeseburger eggrolls.
 
We had a mother's day gathering. I made 14 homemade burgers and 6 mozzarella and garlic chicken sausage. We also had pasta salad, fruit salad, potato salad, ribbon salad, and chocolate eclair cake. I'm stuffed!! Successful hosting though.
