In time friend, collect all your change for a year. You'll be surprised at how much you can save then you can splurge for a nice watch.

I bought my watch for my wedding and as much I would like another I can't justify it as my jobs would destroy it quickly.

I love my Invictas. i have several of them and really enjoy them.

I have four. I thoroughly enjoy the styling and they've really held-up to daily wear. They're not the best made or most expensive, but I have had good luck with them.

Watchuseek for-sale forums are a good bet as well. There are lots of used watch resellers that will buy watches used as well.

I can't see it thanks to slow plane WiFi, which one is it.

I'm in the same boat, it's hard to give up my tag for a smart watch. The Huwai has grabbed my attention. With the right background it looks lie a decent quality watch.

This is the standard stainless huawei with the black leather band. I've already ordered a couple of saltwater crocodile bands to switch out.

Our of the box it was WAY too bright for me, but its an adjustable setting

Just saw the pic finally, it looks great, definitely a bit bright though. I really like the dark face on their website they show with the steel band, switching to that should save battery as well. I can't wait to see what you think, Im presuming you are on Android?

I'm kinda digging this one. In standby mode if defaults to a darker face to save power, or you can have the display turn off entirely until you look at it.

Awesome man, I hope you love it, so then I'll have to get one, keep us updated. It's the first smart watch I've had any interest in. It just blows the competition away looks wise, and seems to be competitive as a smart watch as well.

I'm trying to sell my tag aqua racer so I can get into the smart watch realm. I'm not a watch guy though. I'd take the practical info that a Apple Watch can give me over just the time my tag does. But that is me.

I get that, and parts of me agree. but I have taken pride in my watches since I was a kid. I saved up and was the first of my friends to have a Nike Watch as a kid, which was big money to me, and I was so proud of it. Same with a beautiful Seiko I owned later.

The Huewai kinda gives the best of both worlds. If u end up back on Android I will most likely get one, but the limited usage on Apple may make me keep waiting.

Returned the Huawei. Really didn't like that it was constantly notifying me of things (many I had no interested in being notified of.) No one needs that much information on their wrist.

Also didn't like that I had to charge it. I've been a mechanical watch guy forever, and smart watches are just not for me.

That said, I did just add this to the arsenal:

It's a proper Swiss watch with a fitness tracker built in. Syncs to my phone. That's all I want!
