Off Course is back this week with a fantastic show. Hosted by Dan Edwards, each Friday he gives you a deep look into the world of golf and equipment in a way unlike any other podcast has done before. Today THP Forum Member mtbloco joins the conversation to discuss traveling golf and different experiences that go with desert golf.
It wouldn’t be Off Course without some tangents, but Dan and mtbloco talk about what it is like playing in the Morgan Cup and the many different experiences that go along with traveling golf. This show has a lot going on and is one you will not want to miss as THP Forum Member mtbloco goes Off Course.
Episode 133 is here and Dan and mtbloco discuss the following topics.
The Story Behind AZTHP
Traveling For Golf
Playing in The Morgan Cup
Why Desert Golf is Scary
And so much more

@Canadan Do you replace your wedges every year? Wouldn’t it make sense to make that a desert club?
I’ll take a listen. Arizona has been thrown around the house in conversations lately.
Great show. Enjoyed that @Canadan and @mtbloco ??

I initially thought a desert club was a good idea. But a wedge is rarely the right tool for the job. Since trees can be rare, one can advance further in more situations than just get back in play.
My irons are all scratched up. Nothing can done. But some of my best and most creative shots have come out of the desert. One of the great joys in golf.

that is the superior cherry.
I really love the rapport with THPers. It’s like an entire episode with two guys just shooting the breeze. Great job you two.

@Canadan is a great dude to have a conversation with. I barely remember the golf when we shared a cart. But the conversation I remember well.
