This is your first look at the limited edition driver that will hit the Cobra Golf online store tomorrow and it is a stunner.
Cobra is launching their new Pars & Stripes SPEEDZONE and SPEEDZONE Xtreme Drivers. The new style celebrates America with inspiration from the US Open and July 4th featuring a white crown, a sole that has red and blue highlights and the exclusive Blue PVD Milled Infinity Face.
It will also feature a Fujikura Ventus Blue shaft, a Red/White/Blue grip and of course Cobra Connect built right in.
The word we received was that these are pretty darn limited in total count made and when they are sold out, no more would be created. The cost is $549 and the roll out from Cobra Golf will be on Monday through social media, so you are getting a bit of a head start.
One area not to overlook is that while the aesthetics are a bit augmented with the gorgeous Red, White and Blue, the performance is still there. SPEEDZONE and SPEEDZONE Xtreme continue to get rave reviews almost universally on the THP Forum by a growing user base that continues to jump on board. With over 2000 posts and growing by the day, there is a ton of information straight from other golfers just like you that are putting this in play and talking about. Find their thoughts here.

Where did you buy it, if you don’t mind my asaking?
It’s the nicest looking driver In my opinion
Awesome score you wasted no time at all in picking that up!
ive hit about 30 balls with it so far…. theres some slight discoloration already. Ill take pics when I get home. Seems like the mark comes from hitting a tee maybe
Interesting, I love the look of this thing, but not if its going to look like junk. Decision decisions
Just think about that dime-sized wear spot that you will have right in the middle of the cnc face of this gorgeous driver…
Did you order yours yet?
Get behind me, Satan.
You guys that ordered this got a great looking driver and essentially a discount on the Ventus Blue upcharge. Enjoy the new stick guys! Love patriotic gear. Never goes out of style in my eyes.
………………….
Ya that would look good in the white Vessel bag of yours.
Whoa that’s amazing looking.
hahaha thats what got me too!!! loved the look already from the online pics…was at GG grabbing something else as the manager brought them out and I pretty much snatched it out of his hands!
I think my biggest dilemma is using the beautiful stock head cover or the Subtle Patriot cover with my MAJCOM patch on it lol
Bumping because it’s a valid point.
Sweeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!

When this driver was released, the wheels started turning, because it has the 6 S shaft. Having been able to trade my way into this special edition driver, I can sell the other SpeedZone and I think I confirmed today that the 6 S shaft really is a better fit.
That is awesome. You had to have this driver with that bag, its like it was made for it haha. Did you get the regular or Xtreme version? What settings are you at? I’m not sure if you mentioned that already and I missed it. Also amazing how a ball change makes a difference off the tee right?
Sounds like a good move for the shaft! And you get a driver that is VERY unique.
It is the standard head and it is set up with the heavier weight forward in the 9 degree setting, just as it came out of the wrapper. I was thinking of you and your recent experience when I changed balls. As I suddenly began finding middle of the fairway and very good distance for me, I wondered, just like you, did I finally just groove my swing? So, on the last hole that I would pull driver, I hit my ball and then hit a second shot with the TP5. The TP5 was a high right drive that found its way into the hazard on the right side of the fairway. The Bridgestone Tour B RX was right in the middle of the fairway, more than 280 yards from the tee box. I guess it could have been coincidence, but I doubt it.
Is the Tour B RX a lower spinning ball for you?
Definitely
ive owned all the previous white crown TaylorMade drivers and none looked as awesome as the Pars and Stripes….also the blue infinity face really helps separate the ball from the white crown
overall im very happy with it
I haven’t tried the B RX, but last year when I played the regular B X before converting to the B XS it was definitely the best driving ive ever had. I really believe the B X is lower spinning and really keeps a neutral flight. Hit more fairways with that ball than anything else ive played
