@OldandStiff loves when they do that. Not putting weights back and standing right in front of dumbbell rack to do their set.
Working in front of the rack doesn't bother me. Standing in front of the rack between sets is a problem. Not putting weights back and standing right in front of dumbbell rack to do their set.
They are always standing right where I am returning or grabbing weights. And sometimes doing dumbbell rows using the rack. I am patient but pi$$ed. Then I use that to fuel my next set.Working in front of the rack doesn't bother me. Standing in front of the rack between sets is a problem.

Working in front of the dumbbell rack, where others cant grab weights is a massive problem for me. Taking 2 steps back literally takes no effort.Working in front of the rack doesn't bother me. Standing in front of the rack between sets is a problem.
It's gym 101.Working in front of the dumbbell rack, where others cant grab weights is a massive problem for me. Taking 2 steps back literally takes no effort.
Or just do your reps super close to them. It's gym 101.
Give lessons.
Since I've been at this cross fit gym, it's not much of an issue. Everyone now and then some younger females make an appearance. A couple of the ladies in our class noticed one wearing shorty shorts one night. They said the owner won't tolerate that and will tell her to wear something more substantial. Turned out it was his daughter's friend and he had her tie her jacket around her waist to finish the workout.I am 63, happily married and a Christian.
While I do admire the female form, the latest gym fashion is a bit distracting.

You can wait the 12 seconds it's going to take me to row the 110s.Working in front of the dumbbell rack, where others cant grab weights is a massive problem for me. Taking 2 steps back literally takes no effort.
Like I said. Do the set, GTFO. Don't stand in front of the rack. They are always standing right where I am returning or grabbing weights. And sometimes doing dumbbell rows using the rack. I am patient but pi$$ed. Then I use that to fuel my next set.
Your funny. I will never grab the 110s. But the 20s to the 60s the old guy still uses. You can wait the 12 seconds it's going to take me to row the 110s.
I use the 90s-110s for rows.Your funny. I will never grab the 110s. But the 20s to the 60s the old guy still uses.
No I cant. I'm not a patient person. You can wait the 12 seconds it's going to take me to row the 110s.

Ooooowwwwww, Show-No-Pain.Oh come onnn! Don't stare at me pressing when my shoulder feels like it's going to fall off and I'm trying not to cry, Hottie Kryptonite.
It's rude.
I get it. My 24 year old complains when we're on Golf Course- my Shoulder hurts, my Knees hurt. Good Golly that's a lot of complaining, and he's talking to a 66 yearThe 18 year old kids who spend 45 minutes stretching and rolling and whatever else while complaining about being tight.
Kid, just get under the bar and stop making up excuses not to lift.
I understand that 40 isn't old, but to an 18 year old, I'm old. A lot of us older lifters in the gym get asked by the young kids what we do for warm ups. I usually tell them, "I drive to the gym with the seat warmers on."I get it. My 24 year old complains when we're on Golf Course- my Shoulder hurts, my Knees hurt.
