Well my brother isn't able to make it down so we might need some more peeps to get to 12 sunday

WOW, surprised to hear that. With the economy and the fact that there aren't that many courses in that area (as far as I know), will be interesting to see how that goes. The amenities are nice enough for a private course, and the layout is very good, but I don't know if they will get enough members to make it work.

tough to say, they will get a few people that live right there and some stragglers. I saw on their site abotu 2012 memberships so when I called the guy, he said hes not sure wht its on there for next year as there is no way they will eb ready by then to go private, but should be by 2013

Well there are a lot of public courses that sell yearly memberships, maybe that's what's happening?

maybe they will try that for 2012, but he said it was to be totally private by 2013. They keep building houses over near the course, not sure if they are hoping it becomes a "golf community" of sorts or not. but for the right price, I would join...especially since my wife wants to move over that way anyhow
 
So the more important question.. Who's bringing the unfortunate Cincinnati folk some Yuengling?!?!!?

Still can't believe they aren't bringing it south of Columbus for another month or so.. Was ready to dominate some of that beautiful beer!
