The Champions Course at Weeks Park is an 18-hole facility that was renovated in 2007. The course is owned by the City of Wichita Falls and operated by A.P.G.L. management. Jeffrey D. Brauer designed the course. Construction was completed by Landscapes Unlimited, Inc. The renovation accomplished the goal of providing an upscale municipal golf course for the Texhoma region. The course boasts over 7,200 yards of golf, five tee boxes on each hole and Tifway 419 fairways. Any golfer is encouraged to play the course.

My home turf is Montaup CC in Portsmouth, RI. http://www.montaupcc.com/ Semi-private, excellent condition, great views from 5/6 and 11/16 of the bay. Hosted 2012 US Open qualifier.

My home course is Deer Ridge Golf Course, in Brandon MB Canada. Public course, best greens in town. Always well maintained, and great for a quick 9 holes every night after work. Home of the annual Ridge Bowl year end tournament.

While our course is being renovated, and since we won't be playing there again until next May, we've been playing at Royal Meadows in Kansas City, MO.

Jacqui is working at Falcon Lakes in Basehor, KS until our course opens back up, and we are playing there on Wednesday.

Mainly play the Grand Geneva, lake Geneva Wisconsin (the old playboy club). Two course to choose from.

http://hickoryhillscc.com/ small 6200 yd 9 hole course but only course within 30 miles of me. well maintained most of the time tho and not very crowded.

Leilehua golf course for now its ran by the U.S. Army but ill be moving in about 3 months so that should change

My current course is Brandywine Country Club in Maumee Ohio. Been there for 2 years. Much tougher than my previous course. Slope is 135 and it is full of fairway traps, traps in front of greens, OB on 9 holes and large fast greens. And I forgot-some water on 12 holes.

I am 99 percent positive that the new home course for KellyBo and myself will be Monroe Country Club. I love this golf course and it has all the extra stuff, that someone who enjoys a well rounded golf experience, could hope for. My 2nd choice was Lane Creek, which is an awesome golf course in it's own right. The only problem with Lane Creek, is it's exclusively golf and does not have a Ladies golf association. Monroe CC has 50 plus women in their association and have numerous events through out the year. My wife's happiness is very important to me and for her to have a great bunch of gals in the mix, is a no brainer.

Circolo Golf Bogogno

36 hole private golf club, one of the best in Italy and both courses are in the Rolex top 1000 courses in the world. Great place to play.

My home course is Magnolia Grove which is Mobile's Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail site and home to an LPGA event each Spring. This year I decided to go with the Platinum Membership so I also get to play the rest of the trail sites for free. So far I've played 6 of the other courses and have really loved them.

Magnolia Grove is a great track. I've played it a couple of times.

I love that course. Used to play there and Spring Hill weekly in high school.

Valley Green Golf Course. In Lewisberry Pa. Although I like the shorter course of Liberty Forge which I play at almost the same amount.

I would have to say my home course is Bayonet at Puppy Creek in Raeford,NC http://www.bayonetgolf.com. I am not a member there but it is only 5 min from the house and is always in great shape especially the greens. They have an awesome practice facility with a huge grass only range and a nice chipping green with a bunker and two practice greens. It is a nice layout that is challenging but not overly difficult and the people there are pretty nice. The rates aren't too bad either for locals $30 M-Th,$40 Fri and $45 Sat and Sun. I would definitely join there if I was retired and was able to play there more often.

Marsh Landing Country Club - Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Love my home course!

We're going to make a change tomorrow. We've been members at Ravenwood CC, a semi-private club in Hermitage TN. for nearly 3 years. While it's not one of the better courses in the area, the staff and the members are nice and the access is great...place is almost never crowded. My wife is still somewhat a beginner and when we joined, I was just getting back into the game after a long break from it. We wanted a place where there was no pressure so we could improve our games. For that, the low monthly dues and that we can keep our own cart there, it has fit the bill. So for us, it's been a great deal.

Nashville Metro has bought the place about a year ago, and is going to shut it down to make green space so at the end of 2013, it will cease to exist. We've been looking at options for almost a year, and played a bunch of places to get a feel for what we like. We want to join somewhere to take advantage of preferred rates or the hobby becomes alot more expensive. I've had bad experiences with pace of play at the public courses around here, especially the expensive ones so I dont want to pay for a membership and deal with that. Not to sound snobby, but other lower-rate places are either too far away, or are basically goat patches.

So..my wife works with a guy on the membership committee at Old Hickory CC. He tells her they're running a membership drive for the rest of this year. No initiation fee and the members have voted to drop their monthly rates substantially for new members and those that recruit new members. Voting rights, etc...come with it. It's going to be about a 1/3rd again more/month than what we pay/month at Ravenwood, and I have to give up the cart, but it's a very nice course, access is great, and it's 1/2 way between our house and my wife's office....actually closer to our house than where we are now...10 min drive. Her and I can play 9 after work during the week even easier than what we've done in the past. We enjoy that. We've played the course once last winter and liked it. So, we're going to give the place a test drive again tomorrow and probably sign-up.

EDIT: so we took the plunge and are members of OHCC as-of 1/1/13. So far, we love it. The people are great...met/made more friends in the 2 months here than the previous 3 years at Ravenwood. They have a great restaurant, and the course is head and shoulders above what we're used to playing.
